If you have set your call to be record you will be pleased to know that you can access, download and easily replay your call recordings from within in the call portal. To help improve data compliance, your call recordings will only be held for the amount of time that has been set by your administrator. This means that they will be permanently deleted after this time. If you’re unsure about this, please ask your administrator for further details. Please ask them for more information. To access your call recordings, please login using the login button on www.speakservecloud.com.


You will be taken to the following page, where you can login with your account details.




Simply select ‘Recordings’ from main navigation menu.


You will be presented with the recorded conferences summary page, where you will be able see all your recordings presented in chronological order. Please note that only an administrator can see all the recordings in the portal. To search for the call recording that you want to access, you can use the filters to search.





To listen to your call recording or access our innovative call analytics suite (including our cutting-edge transcription tool) please select the details button.


This will then open the call details screen where a visual representation of your call recording will be shown as a .wav file.



  1. To listen to your call recording, click the play button
  2. To pause your recording, press the pause button
  3. To skip please select the part of the audio you wish to replay and select play.
