It’s important to know and understand exactly what you and your organisation is spending on conference calls and what your usage is. This helps you to relay costs to the correct project without delay and can help you to renew and analyse call performance after an event call. Unlike other providers, we like to make sure that your billing and spend is always transparent and easy to understand. To view your real time billing, access the portal via the login button on www.speakservecloud.com.


You will be taken to the following page, where you can login with your account details.



Simply select ‘Statements’ from the main navigation menu.





This will open your conference history. Your most recent conference calls will be available to you in chronological order. Please note that unless you are an administrator / team manager, you will only be able to see your conference history.


You can now see the billing of the most recent calls, including the total call duration by the second – to find the billing or conference details of other calls, use the filter options to:

  1. Search by date of conference
  2. Search by meeting name (screenshot needs updating)
  3. Search by room
  4. Search by matter number (if this has been added in Legal View)
  5. Search by month / year



To see the full details of the call including the duration, attendee lists and more, select Details from the list. 


This will open a conference details page that will provide the following information: 




If you have Legal View (matter numbers) available, you will be able to add a matter number to your call here. To add a matter number to your call, please select “How to add a matter number” how to guide.


Attendee list:


The conference detail screen also shows you a list of attendees, including their name and number, when they joined and left the call and the total call duration by the second.


(*) You can edit the participant name and the organisation name, but you will not be able to edit the number that they dialled.


Download attendee list – You can download the attendee list as a csv / excel file which will include the conference details of the call.
