Make it even easier for your colleagues to invite and schedule calls with you by adding details to your profile. You can edit your user profile and save and update information at any time. To edit your profile, access the portal via the login button on www.speakservecloud.com.
You will be taken to the following page, where you can login with your account details.
Simply select your profile name from the top right corner of the portal.
Select profile from the dropdown menu and this will open an edit profile screen. From this screen you can make changes as you wish.
- Edit first name
- Edit last name
- Edit timezone
- Edit profile photo
- Edit email
- Edit phone number prefix
- Edit phone number, add multiple phone numbers or remove numbers
- Edit favourite phone number
- User selects ‘Save changes’
