Sometimes users want to setup a room as quickly as possible and start conferencing immediately. That’s why Speakserve have made it easier than ever to create conference rooms. To do this, you must access the portal via the login button on www.speakservecloud.com.


You will be taken to the following page, where you can login with your account details.


Once you are logged in, select ‘Create room’ from the dashboard.



  1. This will take you to the room details screen where you can select your room options and customise the room to your requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                            

  2. Enter the name of your room
  3. Choose to add multiple hosts to your calls
                                                                              
  4. Select your ‘Room Profile’ from the drop-down menu. You can choose from ‘Normal’, ‘Chairman’, ‘Phoenix’ or ‘Moderated’

  5. Under ‘Room Options’, you can choose to: ‘Record Calls’, ‘Use Hold Music’, ‘Announce Participant Count’, ‘Retain Name Recordings’ 'Alert When First Participant Joins' and ‘Set as Main Room’. If you select 'Automatically Delete Room' you will be prompted to choose an expiry date for when the room should be deleted. Note: Deleting a room only means it cannot be accessed after the expiry date set, all call details such as your statements, recordings and transcriptions will be retained.                
  6. Upload an image for your room logo                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
  7. Upload an audio for your room greeting

  8. Search invitation numbers

  9. To finish, click ‘Create Room’. Your room is now ready to schedule a call

  10. A confirmation email with your conferencing details will then be sent to you

Request a wallet card:

All Speakserve rooms can have the details supplied to the end user on a physical wallet card. This online option, allows you to signal a card is required for the designated room, without having to contact customer service separate to request a card. When selected, a customer service request is generated, informing the team of the room details and the subsequent card is created and sent out within 24hrs.
