When you open LiveView, as the host or the room owner, you can search for contacts, users and groups you want to dial out to, or you can click the ‘phone’ tab and enter the name, company and number of the person you want to dial out to there.
Speakserve Tip! Use dial-out to simplify your participant joining process. They will not have to enter a PIN or room number to join the call
Just click the orange ‘dial button when you have selected the contact, user, group or new participant you want to dial.
When your participant picks up the phone, they will immediately be connected to the call without having to enter a PIN or a conference room number. It’s as simple as pressing hash and they can join instantly. Note: dial-out requires the participant to be available at the time of the call to work.
