Taking control of your conference call has never been easier with our new call management tool bar. You can hover over the icons within Live View to see what each button does!
- End call - you can end the call immediately and remove all participants from your conference call
- Switch call recording on – if you have chosen not to start recording your room automatically you can switch on call recording by clicking on the blue icon (Please note: this icon does not show when unavailable)
Speakserve Tip! Once call recording is switched on you will not be able to pause this function. - Lock or Unlock you call – locking your call enables you to prevent any unwanted participants joining a call once it has started
- Mute all participants- you can remove disruptions and minimise background noise by muting all participants (excluding hosts)
- Unmute all participants
