Managing participants is even easier than ever using our Live View manager. The following tools allows you to have complete control over the experiences of your attendees.

  1. Listen to name recordings - If you have chosen to use a moderated room profile, Alice (our AI) will request each of your participants to record their name as they join the call. To play the audio file of your participant’s name, just click the play icon next to their profile image

  2. See participant profile image - If Alice (our AI) knows your participant either because they have been added as a contact or a user, she will pull through their profile image here

  3. See country – Alice looks at the number your users are calling in with, detects the country of origin and shows the flag here

  4. Inbound or outbound - If the arrow shows as pointing into the box then the participant has dialled in to the call (inbound), if the arrow shows as pointing out of the box the participant has been dialled out to (outbound)

  5. Host or participant – Easily distinguish who is a host and who is a participant. (Please note: hosts will always appear illuminated in orange)

  6. To edit a participant’s details
    - To edit a name just click on the pencil icon
    - To edit a company click on the pencil icon
    - Press enter or click off the screen to save!

Your participant details should now be up to date

7. Lobby function – If you want to talk to a particular host or participant away from the main conference you can take them into a lobby by clicking the lobby icon here. (Please note: For the call to continue whilst you take a participant to the lobby, a chairman must be present otherwise participants will wait and listen to hold music)

8. Remove a participant – Remove a disruptive or unwanted participants with a click of a button

9. More information – Clicking the info icon reveals key information about the participant or host such as their name, organisation, number, phone type (mobile or landline), when they joined the call and the call type (inbound or outbound)
