You can see the status of your participants within Live View as they join your conference. This is shown in LiveView beneath the call details.  These are:

1. Expected
   Any participant who has been invited to join the call as a host or a participant will appear in an alphabetical list before your call begins.
   
   
2. Dialling
   As the participant is being dialled out to or is dialling into the system you will be able to see them appear here
   
   
3. Connected
   When a participant has joined through the room IVR they will appear as connected in the call
   
   
4. Joined
   A caller has joined the call means that they are now able to listen and participate in the call as required
   
   
5. In Lobby
   If a participant is shown as in lobby this means that a host has moved a participant to the lobby using the lobby function
   
   
6. Disconnected
   A participant has left the call before the conference has ended this is often because they have finished the call whilst the call is in place. You can redial the participant into the call should this have happened in error by selecting the dial out icon
