Take control of your own calendar and schedule, amend and edit your conference calls on demand. Start planning your calls and send invites to your participants using our intuitive call portal. To do this, you must access the portal via the login button on www.speakservecloud.com


You will be taken to the following page, where you can login with your account details.



Once you have logged in, select ‘Schedule A Conference Call’.



This will take you to the schedule details screen where you can select the date, time and room for your call.


  1. Enter a meeting name
  2. Select your room from the drop-down menu
  3. Select the date and time for which you would like to schedule the call




 4. If you have created contacts, users or groups previously, they can be added to the call here. They will then receive an automatic invitation to the call by email

 5. If you have no contacts in the system a calendar invite is available to send to participants through which they will be able to register for the call (*) coming soon

 6. Click ‘Create Schedule Call’

 7. The scheduled call will then appear under the ‘Schedule’ tab



The Call Schedule Page gives you several important pieces of information, namely:


  1. Time to start the Call
  2. A link to the Attendee List - this is the list of the people that you have invited to join the call through the portal:



        3. Creates a Registration link for you to send to participants in the call which in turn enables them to decide whether to dial in to the call or be dialled (e.g the system makes an outbound call to the participant at the time of the call)





Please note the option given to participants to be dialled (Automatically Dial Me) - this is a fabulous service to make sure that people 

do not have to dial in but also is a very useful tool to ensure that the meeting starts on time.
