Let’s face it, we aren’t always perfect, illnesses happen and issues beyond our control can cause havoc on scheduling. That’s why it’s so important to be able to make last minute change to your scheduled calls. To edit a scheduled call, you must first access the portal via the login button on www.speakservecloud.com.


You will be taken to the following page, where you can login with your account details.



User select ‘Schedule’ from the main navigation menu.



To edit a scheduled call:


This will open your call schedule where you can see all your upcoming scheduled calls. To edit your scheduled call, click on the edit pencil icon on the call you wish to edit




Once selected, you should be presented with an edit detail screen that allows you to make changes to your call. Please note that any contacts that have been invited will be sent an updated invitation via email. If you have not sent invites using contacts, you will need to download a new ics file that you can share with your participants, this will be sent to you via email, so that you can easily download and re-share.



1. Edit name

2. Change room

3. Edit date

4. Edit time

5. Edit timezone

6. Edit duration

7. Add / remove users

8. Add / remove contacts

9. Add / remove group

10. Select ‘Save changes’



To cancel a scheduled call

 

Click ‘Cancel scheduled call’
