We will help you save time and get conferencing quicker! To start making calls with one click, access the portal via the login button on www.speakservecloud.com.
You will be taken to the following page, where you can login with your account details.
1. Simply open LiveView by clicking the phone icon on the ‘main room’ presented on your dashboard
2. Once LiveView is opened, as the organiser of the call, you can add participants immediately, just search for contacts, users and groups or enter a number you wish to dial out to
3. To start dialling out to the participant select the orange dial button
Your contact will then be dialled and will immediately join the call without having to enter a PIN or conference room numbers. It’s as simple as pressing hash and they can join instantly.
4. You can now start conferencing!
