The lobby enables you to take a specific host or participant away from the main conference so you can speak to them in private.
The lobby function can be accessed from your Live View by clicking the lobby icon (which appears as an arrow pointing towards a door) next to the required participant.
Note: A chairman must be present on the call for it to continue whilst you take a host or participant into a lobby, otherwise the remaining participants will wait and listen to hold music until you return.
