A participant is the person who will join a scheduled conference call but will not have control over any other participants on the call. They can mute their own lines and raise a hand to ask a question. 


  • Have a Participant PIN (unique PIN) that is sent to them on their email invitation or generic Participant PIN as shared by the room owner (organiser)

  • In-call audio participant controls

  • Participant will receive a feedback email after the call that requests feedback on call quality

  • They will not join a moderated or chairman room conference until a host has joined
