Sometimes users may have a need to monitor multiple conference calls at once. That’s why Speakserve have made it easier for you to manage and moderate more than one call at a time using our room Multi View. To do this, you must access the portal via the login button on www.speakserve.com.


You will be taken to the following page, where you can login with your account details



  1. Once you are logged in, select ‘Rooms’ from the dashboard

  2. This will take you to room index page where you can see all your active rooms and hosted rooms.

  3.  From here select the “Multi View” tab which will open your Multi View.

    1. This area on the left is the board where you can drag and drop rooms to monitor

    2. This area on the right is the room list (which shows your rooms)



  4. How do I start monitoring multiple calls?

    In order to start managing and monitoring multiple calls simply drag and drop the rooms from the list and add to the board. Once they have been added to the board you can rearrange or remove a room by simply dragging your room from the board. You can also rearrange the rooms and move them into your own order of preference!

  5. Managing multiple calls at once


    Now that your calls are on the board you can see a traffic light on each room icon. These will help you to overcome really common conference issues such as 

    • When a participant or a host has forgotten that a call is scheduled to take place and has not joined the call

    • When a participant or a host did not join the call

    • When a participant or a host drops out of the call due to bad phone connection (perhaps when they are on a train for example)

    • When all parties have not left the call - i.e someone has forgotten to hang up the phone

      The traffic light system helps you to monitor the calls as they happen and address the issues above

    • Red - no parties have joined the call

    • Orange - one participant has joined the call

    • Green - more than one participant has joined the call

  6. How do I manage a call from Multi View?

    If you have spotted any issues or simply want to see more details about the call you can select the yellow telephone icon on the room. This will open Live View and allow you to manage the call from within the pop up. From the Live View manager  you can view participants details, see join statuses, change participant names,  dial out to new participants and more.
